At Golf In Colors, we believe the most important figure in a child’s golf journey is the parent.
Parents are the true leaders of the project. They are present every day, supervising progress, encouraging consistency, and helping turn learning into habit. While many programs believe parents should stay on the sidelines, we do the opposite—we empower parents through a Co-Coaching approach.
Why? Because in every elite athlete—across sports and industries—there is always a committed parent behind the process, guiding, supporting, and leading with purpose.
With over 25 years of experience, we help parents build a strong, positive team based on three clear roles:
Parents as the leaders of the project
Coaches as the directors and guides of the process
Kids as the heart of the journey—motivated, supported, and inspired
Our role is to guide parents, align coaches, and create an environment where kids learn through fun, structure, and encouragement.
Parents play a crucial role by choosing the right coach for their child and allowing them to do their job.
Their focus goes beyond golf technique—supporting education, nutrition, rest, discipline, and values that strengthen and complement the coach’s work.
At this early learning age, the coach’s role is to inspire and motivate through games, equipment, and playful activities—creating fun, positive golf experiences where kids truly enjoy the game, not just the results. Most importantly, the coach must genuinely enjoy teaching children.
Our goal is to make golf as fun and exciting as any other sport—while adding challenges that motivate kids to grow. Through playful goals, clear levels, and meaningful rewards, children stay engaged, excited, and eager to progress, choosing golf because they truly enjoy it.
